PERSONAL OVERVIEW
Experience and knowledge leading to an extensive background in the OSP Underground Infrastructure of
Construction/Engineering for Systems and Networks across the US. This includes engineering/construction, managing/installation,
development/interpreting blueprints, drawing/design/precision layout, surveying/inspecting, support/communication for
telecommunication systems and networks. Traveled nationwide for major underground infrastructure companies
managing/installing conduit along right-a-ways, highways, interstates, creek crossings, river crossings, and railroad railways for
Verizon and AT&T. Worked on OSP underground construction projects consisting of electric, sewer, water, storm, gas,
telecommunications and fiber-optics including FTTH and FTTX. Knowledge of underground horizontal directional drilling
systems/configurations, locating systems/products, financial management, personal administration, and organizational skills.
Supervised and worked with crews installing gas mains/services for Dominion Gas, Orwell Gas, and Columbia Gas companies in Ohio.
Implemented/insured safety procedures in REA/RUS-515 standards for OSP construction infrastructure engineering/construction
operations daily. According to the specs of the OSP construction infrastructure blueprints, maintained running lines/guidelines, read
blueprints/red lined blueprints to detect where all utilities are when pot holing and placing product underground to prevent the
disturbance of existing utilities/structures. Maintained material inventory for companies and purchased field supplies that were
required for daily operations. Managed the landscaping of areas that needed repaired from the disturbance of heavy equipment and
the installation of underground utilities. This included replacing broken sprinklers, pipes, applied cold patch, removed/replaced
concrete, planted seed or laid sod to damaged areas.
